1. Eligibility and Account Registration

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All transactions on 711ph are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods supported by the platform and linked to accounts held in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are shown within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. 3. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on 711ph are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member after submission. 711ph reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system errors, or circumstances where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed. Winnings are credited to your account balance following the settlement of the relevant event or game round. In the event of a dispute over a bet result or settlement, the decision of 711ph's settlement team is final, subject to the formal complaints process outlined in these terms. Members must not engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage exploitation, or any other conduct that manipulates the integrity of betting markets. Bonus credits are separate from real-money balances and must meet any applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. 711ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and any abuse of promotional offers — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account suspension. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
